"Black Capped Chickadee" won 1st place, Animals & Wildlife,

in the 2010 Celebration of Color show. "Fry Bread" won 3rd place,

Structures, in the same show.

"Winter Silence" was juried (judge Lorenzo Chavez) into the

2010 Sunny Vista Art Show in Colorado Springs, Colorado,

where it won a Merit Award. It was also selected for the Mile High

National Pastel Show, and won 2nd, Pastels, in the Thompson

Valley (Loveland, Colo) Fall Show.

"Ears Up", "For Hire", "His First Day", and "Local Scenery" were

all accepted into the 2010 Western & Wild Horse Art Show & Sale!

"Anticipation" was juried by internationally known artist

and author Arleta Pech into the 18th annual National Exhibit hosted by the Artists Association of Northern Colorado. It also received a 3rd place award in the 2009 Thompson Valley All-Media Show, a 3rd place in the Laramie Art Guild All-Media Show, and the People's Choice award in the same show.

"Morning Light" and "Remnants" were both juried into the 2009 Cheyenne (Wyoming) National Show, sponsored by the Cheyenne Artists Guild.

"Out West of Laramie" was juried into the 2009 Mile High National

Exhibit, sponsored by the Pastel Society of Colorado, by internationally

known artist Susan Ogilvie.

"Sliding Into Spring" received a merit award at the 2008

Pastel Society of the Northern Rockies Extravaganza.

"Watchful" won 1st place in the Wildlife Category at the

40th Cheyenne Artists Guild National Show, August, 2010.

"On  Frozen Pond" received the Colorado Pastel Society Award at the 2008 Capture the County all-media show, juror Mike Beeman.

"Winter Blanket" received a merit award in the 2008

Greeley (Colorado) National Exhibit, juror Mike Beeman.
